Non-participating athletes can cheer on our racers at the start line located at William B Pond Recreational Area before 8:00am. Afterwards we will be doing a workout around 8:30am as we wait for our racers to complete the course. There will be no Saturday WOD at the gym.

Following the historic route of Eppie’s Great Race, The Great American Triathlon includes a 5.95-mile run, a 12.5-mile bike and a 6.10-mile paddle, with categories for competitors of all types, from world-class athletes to families seeking to create a new family tradition.
