Please join us on Memorial Day for the Hero WOD, MURPH, which honors LT. Michael P. Murphy and is a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made by our military. The workout consists of a 1 mile run to start, followed by 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and ending with another 1 mile run. For more information please check out themurphchallenge.com.
