CLASSES

Our classes are appropriate for every fitness level. When establishing your personalized membership you will pick your weekly class days and times. Having a consistent and steady schedule provides greater accountability and comfort in your training group.

 
 

3 DAY TRAINING GROUP

Training three days a week is the most popular way to get started. Not to mention, it’s developed to be very accommodating to any schedule. Choose between a morning or evening slot M-F.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
9 am - 10 am / 5 pm - 6 pm

OR

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
8 am - 9 am /5 pm - 6 pm /

6 pm - 7 pm

4 DAY TRAINING GROUP

When you are ready, adding a forth day to your training routine is a great way to kick things up a notch. Saturday morning is an easy add to your M,W & F routine.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
9 am - 10 am / 5 pm - 6 pm

and Saturday
8 am - 9 am

5 DAY TRAINING GROUP

Training five days a week and resting two maximizes your body’s rate of change to achieve results faster. This is scheduled as a M-F routine for later morning or early evening.

Monday - Friday
5 pm – 6 pm

6 DAY TRAINING GROUP

Training six days a week would include adding in a mobility or “flush” workout to your 5 days of regular training. This allows you focused time to work on a new physical skill or your muscular health.

Monday - Friday
5 pm – 6 pm

and Saturday
8 am - 9 am
